Murray Gardner has had over 20 years experience in the rubber flooring industry. Since leaving Ford Motor company as a product analyst he has owned his own companies and been his own boss.
He has a Master of Arts Degree in Geography, completed at Auckland University.

 Our lovely mascot, our 3-year old labrador, Bounce often visits architects in Melbourne, and has been doing so since she was a puppy in a backpack.

Ann Gardner has had wide experience in running her own childrens' clothing business 15 years ago and has had years of experience in leadership roles in Direct marketing businesses.
Her expertise is with marketing, website building, trouble shooting, and technical information and juggling this with her 3 teenagers.
She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Primary Teaching but gave up teaching a few years ago after teaching for over 20 years.
